well don't know about the rest of you jambos but i was expecting the crap that came out of the club after thurs, please someone tell me who picks the players and signs the players? as the excuse for getting beat by a crap team is the lack of experience in europe well why the hell did the club sign the players with no experience and the other excuse they are a young team, once again who signed the young players? sick of excuses the planning at the club is terrible its ok having someone with a good business brain at the top but to compete at the near best level you need near best players and the club are being so tight with our money that we will not get a top team, forget europe next year forget the league and the cups just staying in top 6 will be an acheivement this season.

Craig Levene is the person who gets our players and the only reason why we lost is because we couldn't get the final ball through to our strikers, and if we did we couldn't score. It's nothing to do with experience because they are a semi-pro team and we were all over them. They got 2 lucky bounces/ breaks and they scored from them. Yes I do blame Prince because I don't think he is a good enough player for us. But that is the only excuse I am saying because we just couldn't score against them, and in Malta we should have scored many as well… so that came back to bite us.

as you said about feeding the ball to the strikers i don't think they were set up properly this passing about in defence pinging it out wide then go sideways then lump the ball into the box just ain't the way we want hearts to play, i was sitting in the gorgie stand screaming for someone to give sammon a through ball he was one on one with a defender free to shoot and the ball went out wide totally deflating, there's so much that's gone on since we came up getting rid of so many young players loaning young players getting rid of players to replace them with the same just the whole feel about the club on the pitch ain't matching what's going on off the park, we've now got 4 1st team strikers but robbie likes playing one up so 3 are going to get fed up, really hope he plays 2 up with sam and jamie out wide and djoum free to roam.

Tbh I think Djoum is playing out of position, he is more of an attacking midfielder insted of a defensive one, I think we should play a 4-1-2-1-2 with Hamilton, Paterson, Soutter, Ozturk, Rossi (Rherras), Kitchen, Walker, Nicholson, Djoum, Watt, Johnson (Sammon (Juanma) ) . That would be our strongest side I think.

I think we would be better suited as a 3-5-2 with the current squad.

Hamilton
Rossi, oz, Soutar
Kitchen
Paterson walker djoum rherras
Johnson, watt

Paterson and rherras are better going forward from deep djoum also and kitchen would offer good protection at the back. Soutar is a better footballer than oz and Rossi so would give us someone at the back who will step forward with the ball and 2 up top. Really think this suits us best at present.

I don't think a 3 at the back would be best suited because there is a few fast wingers that can run rings around our defence like Marven Johnston, Lional Ainsworth, GMS, Loads more, I think it's best for us to hav a 4 atb tbh.

Better to let the younger players play to their attacking strenghts than stifle them with defensive duties, which only devalues them in the transfer market
I think Walker is not pacey enough for the wing but has the potential to be a fine No10/ attacking midfielder and would therefore go for a 4 2 3 1 if King was recalled. Unless Kitchen can develop his game he is a bit of a luxury in our poor quality league for most of the games and has only served to block off Ozturk and Souttar from bringing the ball out of defence. i'd rather see Souttar in his role if Neilson has decided its Rossi/ Ozturk are the centre half combo. All imho.
