Levein needs to go asap he interferes and causes disruption between manager and players he says one thing to manager and another to players.

That's because it's his job! People need to remember he is in charge, and I quote Anne Budge directly, "of all footballing matters". So it's not interfering, it's doing what he is paid to do.
